This session is focused on reducing and/or extinguishing pain, promoting healthy recovery of function and less restricticted movement. It is ideal for complex painful conditions that require more time than a standard acupuncture follow-up session. With extended time allowed in sessions to provide more in-depth TCM bodywork (Tui Na), diverse acupuncture techniques for pain and injury recovery, and topical medicine application such as cupping, gua sha, thermal therapy, and more to provide the maximum possible benefit for complex painful conditions.

Bloom acupuncture and Arvigo treatments incorporate specialized training in women’s health focused acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine while combining the ancient art of Arvigo Maya abdominal massage and other modalities within Maya medicine. These treatments focus on supporting menstrual issues, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, peri and menopause. In addition to female-specific health these sessions can also support insomnia, stress, anxiety, depression, and digestion. Herbal medicine at Two Trees Acupuncture is based on the practice of utilizing various herbs in specific combinations, some with uses dating back over hundreds of years, to harmonize the body in relation to the natural world against disease with a return to health in mind. TCM herbal medicine seeks to create formulas that allow the body to return to proper functioning and continue to maintain health and wellness. Each blend is created custom to what ailments you present with. The formula changes as you continue to heal until balance has been restored.

This is a treatment for the emotional body and beyond. It uses acupuncture points placed in a specific order to activate sacred geometric patterns on the body to access deeper levels of healing following Esoteric Acupuncture principles. A guided meditation is offered if you wish to help visualize the geometric pattern on your body while you are resting with the points. This treatment includes Reiki energy work to fully balance the body and integrate the session.

I have been practicing acupuncture and traditional bodywork for more than 10 years. As a clinician, my experience covers everything from chronic and acute pain, to internal medicine complaints like digestive illnesses or cancer treatment support, alongside other systemic conditions such as anxiety and chronic stress/tension. I am focused on making sure that your health goals are met, whether this be from treatments in clinic, to providing tools and knowledge to self-heal outside of the treatment room through lifestyle, diet, and limited supplementation where appropriate.

My life's passion is to support women throughout this journey of life and health. I have been an acupuncturist for over ten years and have dedicated my continual studies of acupuncture, herbalism, yoga teacher training, Arvigo Mayan Abdominal massage practitioner, Maizen facial rejuvenation certification, Usui Reiki master, and more. I follow a Japanese style of treatment philosophy called Esoteric Acupuncture which focuses on listening and working with the energy body in sacred geometric grids allowing the physical body connections to the energetic body to be fully supported and restored.
